Cloud is going to be increasing in Ireland and western areas as front approaches. The cloud then thickening in Ireland, bringing outbreaks of rain in the afternoon and this week in Scotland, northwest England and the north of Wales as the afternoon progresses. Highs at 28C in southeast England in the sunshine, 15C in northern Scotland. Winds increasing too as the rain arrives with a risk of gales in Ireland.
