Mon Feb 23: Tuesday A fair and mild day ahead. Cloud this morning for many, but this breaking in much of England and eastern Wales. West wales and southwest coasts having low cloud and some drizzle this morning, although this fades. Ireland is cloudy and breezy, drizzle over windward facing coasts. Bits of drizzle for western Scotland too although mostly cloudy, mild and breezy. This afternoon sees little change with the best sunshine in England and Wales. Always more cloud over western coasts with a risk of drizzle here. Cloud in Ireland, rain in the west. Rain too in western Scotland later and some drizzle over the southern Uplands. Highs at 16C in East Anglia, 14C in Ireland, 12C in Scotland.
