Slow unsettling trend
Cloud and rain northwest
Wed Jul 22: Thursday A day of mostly dry conditions and sunny spells, however,
the north of Scotland (and particularly northwest) will see thicker
cloud cover and some patchy rain for a time. A similar pattern will
occur in northwest Ireland. Over England and Wales, northwestern coastal
areas will be more often cloudy, fair weather cloud building across
England. One or two showers cannot be ruled out in central and east
England. Highest temperatures approach 30C on the southern England/Wales
border, 25C Ireland and east Scotland, 17 to 20C west Scotland.
