Staying unsettled
Feeling warm in sun

Thu Jun 04: Friday Friday promises to be a drier and brighter day for many as a ridge of high pressure builds in. A few light showers in western areas, particularly western areas of Scotland, some reaching into central and eastern areas. The afternoon will see rain affect the south of Ireland, gradually becoming more widespread into the later hours, and becoming heavy in the south with winds becoming blustery. Cloud will begin to develop more broadly over west and central England including Wales. Shower risk continues in Scotland. Highs at 14C in northern Scotland, 19C in southeast England.
