Monday Night The rain slips east overnight, tending to ease as it goes but some heavier falls possible in southern and northeastern England. Winds easing for most with increasingly clear skies over Ireland and western Britain. Showers continue affecting northwest Scotland and increasingly into west Ireland too. Lows at 1 to 4C in northern areas, nearer 7C central Britain but staying near 10C in the southeast.
