Showers will affect south and western coasts, some heavy and locally frequent in west Wales, possible hail, isolated thunder. Showery too in western parts of Scotland and Ireland. A breezy south to southwesterly, particularly near coasts in the west and south, squally gusts around showers. Highs 6 to 8C north and west, 9 or 10C central and southeastern England.
