Tuesday Rather a lot of cloud around to start Tuesday morning over
much of the UK. West Wales, the far southwest of England, western
Scotland, Northern Ireland and Ireland seeing the best sunshine. Dry
for all. The afternoon becomes a lot brighter with good spells of
sunshine developing. Only the fars south of England may see more cloud,
with the east to northeast wind picking up across Wales and England
too. Tops at 19C in Scotland and western Ireland, a cooler 16C in
England and Wales but just 12C on eastern coasts.
