Thursday High pressure remains through Thursday. Quickly feeling hot
in the sunshine in England and Wales. More cloud for western areas
of Scotland and the far west of Ireland with some low cloud and fog
affecting the coasts of western and southern Wales as well as eastern
and southern Ireland. This afternoon stays fair with lots of sunshine
for many. Some cloud may encroach further into Scotland at times with
patchy rain into northwestern areas. Highs could get to 37C in cities
of southeast England, much of England and Wales in the low 30s. Further
north, highs of 24 to 27C, and 19C in northwest Scotland.
