Tuesday Heavy, thundery showers in Portugal and west Spain, drier eastern Spain with sun spells. Sunshine remains widespread across the Mediterranean through Italy, Greece, and Türkiye. A few scattered afternoon showers in southeast Europe, though the showers will be light and most will stay dry. Fine and warm again in France, hot in the far southwest. Extensive sunshine across the Low Countries, Germany, and the Alpine countries. Some patchy cloud in Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary, but often sunny here too. More wind in Poland with wintry showers in the east, sunny to the west. The wintry showers affect Belarus and Ukraine. A few showers in northern Romania but otherwise dry, and likely dry in Bulgaria too. Wind easing with extensive sunshine in Denmark. Sunshine in Norway too, extending into southern Sweden. Northern parts of Sweden and Finland will be cloudier, some snow in the far north. Staying very windy in the Baltic States, frequent showers, lingering well into the day in Latvia and Lithuania.
