England and Wales generally drier, although some drizzle affecting west and southwestern coasts and hills together with some coastal fog. Early low cloud over central and eastern areas will thin and break to give some sun. Another very mild day with southerly breezes. Highs 14 to 17C over much of England and Wales, 8 to 11C Scotland and Northern Ireland.
