Monday After a chilly start, Monday sees a lighter wind flow. There will be some sunny spells in the morning but also a few showers affecting northern and western parts of the UK. Heavy showers, or perhaps some longer spells of rain could affect Ireland and the far west of Scotland. A few residual showers to across southern areas of England. Little changes into the afternoon with sunny spells, although a tendency for the showers to become more scattered. Highs at 10 to 14C.
