Mon May 25: Tuesday Plenty of sunshine through this morning across England and Wales, as well as Ireland. There will be some broken cloud in Wales, and the Midlands, but overall it stays dry and sunny. Thick cloud in northern and north-eastern Scotland, but dry here. This afternoon sees very little change with more sunshine for England, Wales and Ireland and feeling very warm or hot here. Further cloudy in Scotland and also western parts of Ireland. Cool in northern Scotland at 15C but widely 24C in northern England, southern Scotland and Ireland, 32C in southeast England.
