Elsewhere in England and Wales it will be dry with well broken cloud and good spells of sunshine. Further broken cloud in western Scotland and western Ireland. This afternoon stays fair for most of England and Wales with good spells of sunshine. Further cloud in the south of Scotland and eastern Ireland, this extending to western Wales. Becoming very warm at 21 to 23C. Nearer 11C in northwest Scotland and 17C in Ireland.
