A spell of steady falls is likely in western parts of these regions as a weak band of rain gradually drifts south. Southern and eastern Britain, along with southern Ireland, should see longer dry spells and some brighter intervals. Another mild day with highs towards 15C in the north, though perhaps only to 12C northwest mainland, Orkney, and Shetland. Highs to at least 20C for most in England, up to 23C southeast.
