Tue May 19: Wednesday Lots of clouds around again through Wednesday morning. There will be showery bursts of rain across many areas of Wales, England and Ireland. A further band of rain crossing Scotland, mostly light and patchy. Showers, then affect western Scotland. The afternoon may see the cloud being more broken with some bright or sunny spells developing, although always low cloud affecting western and southern coasts and hills, as well as some coastal fog. Highs at 16 to 20C.
