Drier for northwest Scotland with sunny spells. Patchy rain in England, mostly south, then later a front moves in from the west, brining a broader area of rain across Wales and into western parts of England, trending patchier as it reaches the east later in the day. Turning bright in Ireland and southwest England later. Highs at 8 to 10C in central and south England, 6 or 7C in the north.
