Outbreaks of patchy rain and drizzle in the west too. Some low cloud over western and southern coasts and hills. This afternoon becomes mostly cloud although stays bright in eastern England and Scotland. Damp across Ireland and western and southern coasts of England and Wales with low cloud on hills. Breezier in the west too. Highs at 11C in parts of Wales, 16C in eastern England and Ireland.
