Feeling fresh in a light northerly breeze. Highs at 15C in Scotland, 22C in southern England. Sunday 23/8/26 High pressure likely drifts further over Britain on Sunday. Most areas are likely to be dry with sunny spells, the best of these in the west. A few scattered and mostly light showers mainly into the afternoon. Light winds and feeling a little warmer. Highs at 16 to 24C. Monday 24/8/26 High pressure likely shifts eastward but covers most of Britain bringing fine conditions. A warmer southwesterly breeze is likely. Rain may nudge close to the west of Ireland. Highs 17 to 26C, warmest in the south and east of England.
